NextArts is a charity non-profit that uses the equipment we own to raise funds for our programming.
We specialize in full service event production. In this capacity, we work primarily in major hotels and exhibition centers and only the Bay Area's finest wineries and intimate event spaces. We take great pride in working with the most prestigious venues in the San Francisco Bay Area - from San Jose to Napa, Oakland and beyond.
We can bring everything you need for your event except for plates and silverware. Sorry... We just can't seem to do anyone else’s dishes.
We will also rent (on a will call basis) certain items. These items include LCD projectors, wireless microphones, self-powered speakers, tables, chairs, stanchions and velvet rope, DJ equipment, and some of our lighting equipment. Please consult with us if you feel there is something you would like to rent on a "will-call" basis.
